Appeal submitted!
So I just got off the phone with my surgeon's office and the have all the additional information that was needed to appeal my denial. The appeal will be submitted today! 
I'm hoping it doesn't take another 2 weeks for an answer since they only needed the letter from my PCP. Wish me luck! My next post will say "Approved". lol

Find your Zen, girl! I definitely could take 2 weeks for you to hear something. Just keep reminding yourself that they have everything that the need and you qualify under their requirements. They now have no reason to say no. Looking forward to celebrating your "Approved!" post!!
