I'm very proud of my week, so I'm posting all of it! lol
Monday, treadmill, Zumba then 6 pack Ab attack
Tuesday, treadmill then Insane Circuit Training (ouch!)
Wednesday, 72 minutes on the treadmill, hour of Total Body Melt aerobics, then after work another hour of Zumba
Thursday, hour of Pilates then hour of Zumba!!!!!
If I don't break this stall soon, I'm gonna collapse!!!! lol
