Living again....

By far the best part of this journey has been being able to live again. This is me and my husband going to a Masquerade Ball my job holds every year. We haven't gone the past few years because I didn't want to have find something to wear that I wouldn't feel huge in and have people see how big I had become so I opted to just not go, like so many other events.

Well not this year. I found a beautiful dress almost immediately and was completely comfortable and at ease. I danced the night away. That is living.

Thank you Sleeve!!

I'm so happy for you!   Congratulations on doing what you had to do to make that sleeve do its job.    Your post is a great motivator to remind us to stay the course!

You are so right.  How many events have I by-passed, because I am too fat, and won't feel right in whatever I wear?

Thank you for your post.
