Yup...there are even some that have lost 300.  I plan on losing about 225...I'm halfway there as of today!

Hi,

I have lost 295 from my highest (and 271 from my surgery weight) in a little over a year. It has been work without a doubt and lately I find myself struggling to keep it going. I followed the plan advocated here and may have lost a little too quickly but it seemed to be flying off as I decided to be quite active. During the last 2 months, i have been struggling and have been losing and gaining the same 5 pounds. I think the added calories have forced me into maintenance mode and I am not quite ready yet so the plan is to go back to basics. I have about 50 lbs more I would like to lose so here comes the hard part.
