Favorite protein powder?
Unjury Chocolate Splendor; Unjury Chicken Soup; Chike High Protein Coffee; Syntrax Nectar Cappuccino; Syntrax Matrix Peanut Butter Cookie (but I won't be using that again until I'm solidly in maintenance and have to increase my calories anyway). I'm also experimenting with adding brewed coffee to the chocolate flavors and to Unjury Vanilla, but as historically I have liked a little coffee with my creamer and sweetener it's taking me a while to find the right percentages.
Never again: Bariatric Advantage anything.
My go-to mixer is plain unsweetened almond milk (30 cal/cup), but I can drink the coffee and chocolate flavors mentioned above when mixed with water, too, when I have to do so. Early postop I mixed the chocolae protein with skim milk and did fine with that.
