Foamies while sleeping!

You all raise a really good point. I have repeatedly tried to come off my PPI and have been unsuccessful because I usually have reflux at one point or another. I am not sure I took my PPI yesterday - I think I did, but not sure. Am back to being more diligent on that. I elevated my head when I went back to bed last night and didn't have any other problems. The only residual effects are that my voice sounds like Lauren Bacall today. Hopefully my vocal cords caught the reflux and it didn't go further.
