Wrong Surgeon's Name
I ran into that situation. For myself, it was a problem. In fact, it turned out that the surgeon listed was considered Out of Network by my insurance company (even though the Drs are partners and share the same office).. It resulted in the insurance company having to re-evaluate all the information submitted with the correct Dr. information delaying my surgery date by two months...because by the time they "re-evaluated" the information and approved he was booked that far out. It was necessary for me to make sure they got the correct info. I went from the insurance saying they would cover the surgery at 60% to covering the surgery at 95% by making the correction.

Well, if it's going to be an issue, I will use his surgeon. He is really good as well, I just wanted the same doctor that did my friend's sleeve. The doctor that is listed, did my mom's bowl obstruction and she loved him! We'll see what happens when I call tomorrow.
