Dizziness?

Your heart is a pump and was used to working hard enough to pump blood through a bigger body. Now it does not have to work as hard and the pressure has slowed down.
When you sit or lie down, the blood now pools in your legs instead of going through your body. It would be like turning down a water faucet. The water is still coming out but more slowly. When you stand up quickly the blood does not get to your head as quickly as before.
All you need to do is pump your legs a few times before you get up and the blood will speed up and get to your head. That will get rid of the dizzy feeling. This is a temporary thing and your body will soon make its own adjustments.

Hi Laurie
Just move your legs like you are riding a bicycle. A few times is all it takes. This happened to me about five months out and I was really worried. Someone told me about pumping my legs before standing and that was all it took. This only lasted for a short time, maybe a week or two.
Orthostatic hypotension is common with fast weight loss.. it eventually passes, as your weight stabilizes. Also a biggie that not a lot of folks around here get- if you are doing very low carb, your need for sodium is MUCH higher than a normie. Many times, drinking some sodium heavy bullion broth fixes you up fast. Salt is not the devil that it was made out to be (kinda like fat, which also was demonized.. now they are finally realizing going low carb & low fat is NOT good for you... ) Google low carb and sodium needs, you may find a solution.
