I grew up on a farm and can cook beef, pork, and chicken with nooooo problem.  But, I have no clue how to cook salmon, tuna or Tilapia.   Can anyone share how to prepare fish?

Here is a really simple way to cook fish that is healthy & tasty.

Take a small baking dish, spray with olive oil, season both sides of fish, put in baking dish, top with a half tbsp of light butter (land o lakes canola butter blend) and bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes depending on the fish.

White fishes are great with salt, pepper, and I use mrs. Dash garlic herb blend.

For salmon I use salt, pepper, and dill weed.

When done I squeeze lemon juice on top. Yum.

The trick is to NOT over cook it. Salmon is really easy to over cook and turn dry. If you're baking, try making a little "packet" with aluminum foil so that it steams and is less likely to over cook.
