Reconsidering my BMI, dizziness update, and a was/is photo opp
Previously my daily sodium range (just pulled by the foods I logged but not counting for a sprinkle of salt on things like eggs) typically ranged from 1200-1400. Doc told me to shoot for 2500 but that is pretty hard because my tastes have changed. She also said she never tells other patients to eat more sodium. It's always the other way around. I am sort of hesitant to crank it up to 2500 right out of the gate until I get the labs back, which should be any day. She also said that potassium deficiency can cause this, which is why she recommended the G2. I'll let you know how my labs come back when I get them.

Hmmmm, I'm already eating almost that amount regularly because of turkey jerky lol!
I actually specifically requested for my six month labs that they check my potassium because I kept getting foot and calf cramps. Fortunately, but unfortunately that showed up normal too. I don't know why I have the dizziness!! Keep up updated!

I"m having severe dizziness issues right now. I am seeing my doctor today for the 2nd time is less than a week. I drive a school bus for a living, so I haven't been able to work. I tried driving my car (with my fiance with me as backup) and ended up hitting the curb a couple of times. Last week they put me on Meclazine for the dizziness, but it hasn't helped at all. I'm hoping this can be a quick fix so I can get back to work. I will have him look at my potassium and see if that is the cause.
Not happy that others have this, but nice to know I am not alone in it. Keep us updated!
You look FABULOUS!!!!!
