Woohoo!
So I was very disappointed this last week. I lost ounces, maybe, and some days I would bounce up even. It was epically frustrating, because this is supposed to be the rapid weight loss phase. I think maybe that I had my 3 week stall a week early, though (maybe because I lost significantly before surgery?) because yesterday I lost a whole pound, and today I'm down 2. It was starting to make me feel like I had gone through all this to get stuck. Silly, I know, but it was wonderful to see some more loss!
On another subject, I've started having trouble with reflux. It was really bad a couple nights ago, and I have gotten to where every night I wake up with some level of reflux, but every single morning I wake up with the burning so bad. I have to take Prevacid immediately upon awakening, and it takes a good while before it calms enough for me to not feel sickish from the burn. I plan on mentioning it to the doctor, but did anyone else have this problem, even on a PPI?
A lot of people take Pepcid early out (just an antacid, not a PPI) and that helps a lot with the burn. I have reflux too, and it has taken me until my 6th month to finally get it under control with the right PPI. Some people just respond better to different medications. Definitely mention this to your doctor.

Definitly talk to your doc. I suffer from bad reflux and there are things that will help you. Also try proping yourself up in bed, it helps. I try not to eat or drink anything 30-60 mins before bed. Even water will send my reflux back into overdrive.
