My son's girlfriend!
Wow, that is a pile of BS forcing you to pay the inflated price at the surgeon's office. Just saying, I would blow off that requirement and go for the premier protein ready to drink. They are half the cost of the stuff in the surgeon's office typically and many times have better stats.

My surgeon said I had to buy his. I knew this in advance because a friend had surgery a year before me. I bought them and thought they were horrid. I followed the plan he wanted me to, but I used my own shakes. I could not stomach the ones he had me buy. They are thick and taste gross. I cannot stand the thick shakes.
Things will taste differently after surgery, trust me! Don't write things off too soon. Give things a shot after surgery even if you didn't like it before.
I also agree that the chocolate Premier Protein shake from Cosco are good!
There are lots of different shakes out there and some people never drink shakes and still lose (some surgeons do not want their patients drinking shakes).

Premier Protein RTD shakes are the ONLY ones that I can stomach. I personally can't take the sour smell of the powders.
