I have a 38 French. I don't think the size of the tool has do much effect on how quickly you lose weight though. I think the size deals with more so leakage caution and possible acid reflux. You have to also take into account how your surgeon stitches. All kind of complex stuff. For the most part your stomach will be about the size of a sharpy pen. Good choices in food and working out is the key. Good luck chicka.

every time this topic comes up there arwe fights over which size is best

my feeling is that any size between 32f and 40 f will work if you follow a great plan 98 % of the time

smaller sizes like tight 32f tend to have more leaks and complications but many really great surgeon use them with out problems

larger sizes 40f+ allow you to eat more with more of a chance of stretching

some surgeons use different sizes depending on the length of your stomach and its shape

most of the time the size the surgeon uses is what he/she is most comfortable with, which will work fine for most people

if you get a 36f from a good surgeon and follow a good plan you will loss and keep off the weight , you can cheat with any wls and any size sleeve
