TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!

My youngest sister is diabetic and while she is now 44, when she was 4 years old I recall eating diabetic candy with her and well, same reaction. I love your post, made me laugh!

I didn't write the review... it was posted on Amazon as a review for the product. Thank goodness I was not the author, because that looked pretty darn bad. I did have something similar happen when I tried using xylitol- talk about a cleanse and that was no where near as severe as what this review described!

About 15 years ago my friends and I went on atkins. We bought lots of this sugar free junk. We ended up calling those experiences you've described "maltitol moments". Those sugar substitutes are no joke!!
