I just wanted to share that for New Years eve I made a healthy buffalo chicken wing dip. I normally use fat free cream cheese but they now have it made with greek yogurt. My in laws loved it and said they could not tell it was low fat at all. Just wanted to let you cooks know about it.

Sure I cooked up some chicken breast then shredded it in the food processor. I then put the cream cheese in a pan to melt it down then add a bottle of fat free ranch dressing. Then in a bowl I mix the chicken, a bottle of frank's red hot, and the ranch, cream cheese mixture. Then I put it in a dish sprinkle low fat or fat free cheese on top. I like a cheddar or colby jack. Then put the oven on 400 and keep on eye on it. About 20 minutes or so. I want the cheeses cooked but want it still soft enough for people to dip into it with chips.

If you were to add less chicken then the liquid it would more sloppy joe like I would think. I actually did that because I had less chicken then I thought.
