I think you made a great "cheat" choice.  It really screams that you're in a good frame of mind even if you were off plan due to the hunger.  Your hunger didn't send you to fast food which is what probably would have happened to me!

We're having surgery on the same day.  We'll be surgisisters!  :-)

Let it go.If you ate a cheeseburger fries and a bottle of wine that would be not good.But you chose a good dinner.At least also when you were hungry you didn't order room service and ate a whole bunch of crap alone in your room.You could have done that and no one would know.And that would have been a lot worse.Just move on.You will be okay.

actually,I wouldn't even call it a cheat. I would call it an unavoidable change in menu. A cheat would be when you purposely decided to use the unavoidable menu change to eat off plan. But you didn't.  You got. This.
