Yes it is. Many of them participate in the unmoderated forum as well. Not a nice group of people. God forbid you have VSG and try to offer a suggestion to one of them.

My experience has been that it really takes only a few people to really set the tone for communications on a board. If the rude ones start to dominate and there aren't enough firmly polite people to keep them in check, they take over pretty fast.
