Today is the first time in two weeks that I've cooked for my son.  Because I've been on the liquid diet, I didn't want to cook and be tempted to eat.  Well, I'm so focused at this point, it's so easy to go in the kitchen and cook.

I decided to make him a few meals so I'm cooking the following for me:

Smothered Chicken, rice and collards

Lemon Chicken and (not sure what sides)

Lasagna

That should last him a week!  He's 21 so he's always eating! lol

Pharmagirl!

Right there with you.  Been cooking all day prepping the meals for the family for the coming week.  Very strange that I too feel so focused and oddly not hungry.

I cooked:

  • 5 chicken breasts for sandwiches etc.
  • A spiral ham for dinner with carrots and scalloped potatoes (I am actually leaving the house while that one is being eaten tonight....)
  • Shepherd's Pie
  • Pot Roast.

I may have gone a little overboard, but the 3 of them won't starve!!  See you on the loser's bench on Tuesday!!!

Best wishes,

Amy

LOL!  Leaving the house might not be a bad idea.  The shepard's pie also sounds good.  He can freeze it and heat it when he's ready.

See you on the loser's bench as well!
