Now I'm starting to get nervous!

I'm sitting here getting a pedicure and it just hit me that tomorrow is the big day! All this time I've been excited and now the nervous are kicking in! But I got this! Lol

You have been extremely diligent pre op. I have every faith that will carry you through. Stay the course. Nerves are normal. Once you get that relaxing medication tomorrow before surgery, it's off to lala land. One day at a time after surgery. Just remember, after day three you will feel considerably better. It is like a light switch goes off. Good luck and keep us posted.

Good luck!  It's normal to be nervous.  This is a huge step in changing your life and taking control.  You got this.

Congrats on GOOD LUCK!!

I am so happy for you! I am almost 6 weeks out. Any discomfort was so worth it. I feel great. I am down almost 25lbs since surgery! I am off all the meds that I was on before. The only discomfort that I had after surgery was feeling like I had done a million sit ups. That was only for the first three days. I remember the evening that I got home from the hospital. I stood in my kitchen thinking how will I do this??? I walked out of my kitchen, turned off the light, and said I will figure it out tomorrow! I figured it out! I listened to the vets, my doctor and nutritionist. I am starting to feel like I am getting my "50+ years old Sexy back". 

I bed danced my way into the OR. I was so excited!

You GOT THIS!!!! Start looking forward to SMALLER cutie clothes and NEW shoes you are going to have to buy.

This morning I was dancing in the mirror before work because I can fit some of my smaller work clothes again. AND THEY HAVE ROOM in them. They are not even TIGHT!!!!

Good luck!  I'm feeling the same way... my big day is on Wednesday, the 15th, and I have started to plan out and leave everything prepped before Wednesday but I'm getting some downtime now and it's like WOW our new lifestyle will be in days and everything from here on out will be new and better.  Good luck!  I'm sure it will be great for you!!!
