I ran all my jogging portion of my workout at 10 mph and my sprinting portion at 12 mph today. Not sure where that came from. I did a 1 hour Orange Theory class. I didn't have a high calorie burn today fro some reason, but it was a good workout. It is freezing cold down here in south Florida, well freezing cold for here at 41 degrees, so maybe that is why.

I did Aerobics this morning (learned my lesson last night) and did a little stair climbing at work. I'm also being diligent about getting my water in, and I've had fewer charley horses/cramps in my legs and feet while sleeping. Those are annoying!!!

You need some potassium. Try to eat some spinach or if need be a banana. Some times cramping might mean you need to eat some salt too.

I overslept today and didn't get in my regular workout so I made myself go to the "Walking off the Pounds" lunch time group they have at work.  They do a 30-minute Leslie Sansone video where you supposedly walk 2 miles in 30 minutes.  If it hadn't been freezing a@@ cold in that room I probably would have broke a decent sweat.  Regardless, it was a good way to get the body moving and he brain back on high alert :-)

Indeed I did...Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday are my workout days as this is what my schedule allows me to do.  Tried to do a 45 minute recumbent bike ride but was stopped 33 minutes in by calf cramps. :(  Figured I am low on potassium and didn't have enough water to drink before I sat down to ride.  Did manage to get in 5.4 miles at 10 mph though!

I just have to say I love that first graphic. How very true. Damn, I miss squats. Every time I see your "did you work out today" email, I get sad because I miss it so much.
