I Worked Out Today, Did You? - Wednesday!
Today was a timed 500 m row. I did it in 01:20.6. I beat my last time by almost 2 seconds and should be in the top 5 or 6 in the studio. Yesterday I ran a mile in 06:53, shaved almost a whole minute off of my time from 3 months ago. I did a 1 hour orange theory class today.

50 minutes on incline on the treadmill, weight lifting and tried the eleptical (sp?) bike. Tomorrow is swimming, can't wait!

i reached a mile stone @ the gym, burned 1500 calories between the treadmill and the elyptical machine, while sprinting from 4 to 5.6, 30 secs and then, at an incline of 15 from 3.4 to 4. for one minute for one hour. I also did 300 push ups, 300 crunches, and 300 squats, and 30 pull ups and 30 dips, it was freaking awesome!
