Fomies
Slow down, girl! You sound like you've got the same habit that I did of wolfing down meals. If so, this probably won't be your last experience with the foamies :( It took me many rounds before I finally learned my lesson.
Also, since you are so early out, be sure that you are measuring amounts. Foamies can occur from eating too much also.
If tuna continues to give you trouble (even though you've had it before with success), back off from it for a week or so. My plan allowed puréed at 2 weeks also, but I found that dense protein still gave me trouble. Scrambled eggs were my soulmate.

My surgeon said that scrambled eggs counted as pureed as long as you leave them a little wet. Might be a good idea to call and ask if you can try them. They go down SO easy! MUCH easier than tuna!

Eggs have been my fav since day three. I don't want to know what my cholesterol level is now. LOL! You probably just ate too fast. Sometimes when I have to slow myself down I make sure to count how many times I chew each bite. Make sure you are chewing 30 times and put your fork down. That should help. I don't think it was the kind of food because you have had it before without an issue. Good luck!
