Pure Protein shakes have calcium, but it is not calcium citrate. I would not rely on these shakes for your daily needs.

I'm using Caltrate D chewables, they are like a yummy chocolate treat for 15 cal and 2 carbs, I do have to take 2 a day but they are yummy and a one month supply is only $20

These are calcium carbonate. In addition to causing kidney stones, which all WLSers are prone to, calcium carbonate is not absorbed well. You should be taking calcium citrate.

I get the CVS brand of Caltrade D chewables. I watch for sales. I have to take 4 of them a day. They are about 7.50/bag. I get the chocolate ones. Feels like a little treat!

Agree on the Citrical. Be sure you're getting calcium citrate!

Out of the gate, I used Calcet Creamy Bites.  But that was back when I wasn't getting in very many calories to begin with and I had some to spare.

Now, I just take the CVS brand calcium citrate + D miniatures.

I get the calcium chews from CVS.  I do look for when they have them 2/1 and get 4 bags as I do take 3 a day.  I didnt care for the chocolate which is amazing but I do enjoy the caramel.

These are calcium carbonate. You need cacium citrate.
