I think the good news is that I am *not* craving junk foods. At all. But what I *am* craving is the stuff they want us to eat eventually -- solid, dense protein, chicken, fish, eggs, cottage cheese, that kind of stuff. So it could be worse, I could be craving pizza and burgers I suppose! I just know that I'm not ready for the dense protein yet. I still have just over 3 weeks to go, and then I can have a crack at the sardines again. Augh! *goes crazy*

Tilapia is my go-to favorite fish. I buy it from Trader Joes and would eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. :) Low in calories, high in protein, easy to eat. Perfect food, really.
