Laxative tea?

Is it OK to take a laxative tea?  It's organic with senna stimulant 

I don't know if it is OK with your doctor but I take Smooth Move tea when I need to. There are a lot of people who have had to deal with constipation. With the advice of a lot of people on OH I started taking Miralax and that was been working well for me.

Let me know if it works...I can't take much more of this!

I have used the smooth move tea as well as prune juice and both work well for me!
