It was really hard for me as well for about 8 weeks! It will get better, I promise. Try drinking differen****ers. I found that I can tolerate certain waters better than others. Also keep in mind that milk, low calorie juice, protein shakes, sf Popsicles, etc all count towards your liquid intake. Good luck and hang in there!

Early on, I was drinking 1/2 pure apple juice 1/2 water. That helped. I also have discovered peppermint tea, which soothes the tummy and stops the rumbles.
