Water struggles!

I was able to count the shakes as fluid and at 5-8 oz that was my first 40 oz than I had water with crystal light or MIO.  I couldn't drink plain water at any temp for a while. It took me the whole first week to get to the 40 + another 24 oz of water.  After two week I was getting 40 + 64 oz of water.  Sipping something all my waking hours.  I also kep****er on my night stand to drink every time I woke to walk.

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.

I'm struggling to get all the water in every day too. But one thing I've found helpful is Nectar and Isopure drinks. They help me get my fluid and protein in!

I'm feeling this way, exactly.  I can do shakes and I can do CL (but I hate the artificial sweeteners that means I'm ingesting).  Elina posted on someone elses thread not too long ago that this was a surface tension thing.  She said that changing the pH of the water helps...adding a pinch of baking soda or some lemon/orange/cucumber, etc.  I used 1/2 lemon in about 32 oz of water and it helped.  Wasn't as easy to swallow as CL and I ended up doing my next bottle w/ CL but at least it's cutting the CL intake in half if I do it this way.  Mint would be nice but I haven't been able to find any!
