I'm really new to this but based on my limited experience I would suggest asking your surgeon to try a different PPI...or a different dose of the Prilosec.

Sadly my surgeon wants to do an upper GI but I can't afford that right now, he is also in Mexico.

Do you keep track of your calories? If so, how many are you eating? It may be possible that you could stand to eat more. Are you able to tolerate dense protein? That is often more filling than, say, yogurt.

My eating is strange, I have not had a good relationship with salmon and I don't eat much veggies.  I think I am around 1000 to 1200 calories a day and that worries me a bit.  I am trying to modify what I eat in to healthier options.  Like Mac & Cheese is now high protein pasta and squash casserole.  I am trying to keep to 4 oz still but when I do I am starving before two hour****s.

Hmmm... well that sounds like a good number for where you are now, and the salmon is definitely a good thing, and it sounds like you are doing a good job replacing carby food to better options. I don't know, I agree with everyone else about the PPI, maybe you need a stronger one. I was given one when I left the hospital to take until 2 months most op, and so far it is working well. I still feel hunger sometimes, even this early out (it could very well be head hunger though since I am probably still healing.) The liquids really help fill me up when that happens, does that ever help? Good luck!

Can you eat denser protein?  Pasta and squash are going to be in and out of your tummy pretty darn fast.  I think a lot of people would be hungry a couple of hours after that.  Chicken?  Tilapia?

The casserole does have Velveeta, I was going to add chicken to the next batch but I can not eat Tilapia.
