It's nice to see you on here.I had VSG in 2010 and you were one of the posters I liked to read because you were to the point and didn't sugar coat anything. I liked your honesty.Its good to see you are doing well and what a terrific opportunity!! good for you!

Congratulations - your experimentation and loving photography have inspired a lot of people here!  You deserve the guest chef spot, and we'll hopefully get to live vicariously through your experience!

 

Frisco that's awesome. Sounds like an adventure you will never forget! I speak perfect "Spain" Spanish--which I will probably never use because the Mexican folks here in Texas only understand about half of it lol :-)Now the delicious food you will be cooking is a language that is universal. I have never tasted it but it always LOOKS DELISH! I hope you post an occasional photo and some musings about your experience in Spain.
