OT; JCrew- taller women with no butt!
I am 6'2'' and have a terrible time trying to find clothes that fit well- and now with the weight loss I have absolutely no butt at all. I have to order everything online, which of course means I can try nothing on before buying it. Decided to try JCrew- prices are far more than I normally pay, but I am settled into my final size and decided that I would splurge and try a few items. Holy crap, I love them! They fit perfectly! I have never looked so good in a suit. I bought the jacket and slacks (stretch Italian wool), and went back online to buy the matching pencil skirts. The skirtd didn't come in a tall, but I ordered it anyway and the length is long enough if I pull it down a bit. Anyway, long story short- if you are an Amazon with no butt Jcrew is a perfect fit!

I just discovered this store about a month ago. I am extraordinarily lucky that there is a brick and mortor location here in Metro Detroit. Yes- the clothes there are long enough, but the quality is not impressive given the price. However, I will frequent the store- bought a terrific dress there for $120- not enough quality in it for that price, but the fit was amazing so I did it. Trying to add pieces to the wardrobe for a job switch. I think I am about done now other than two pair of shoes. My poor bank account!

Happy Teacher....this 6-footer hears you loud and clear! (35" inseam)
I highly recommend checking out Lucky Brand jeans, another splurge, but well worth it. I have heard good things about Long Tall Sally and Silver Jeans also offer extended lengths.
I head to the hospital tomorrow morning at 5:30am and can't wait to work my way down to J Crew tall clothing. Congratulations on your success!
Sending good Karma your way for the procedure tomorrow. I set my original goal at losing enough weight to be able to wear the tall sizes, instead of just plus sizes. I just noticed that Lands End now offers a tall plus size. Sheesh, would have loved that back prior to surgery. I have never tried on Lucky jeans, but will check them out. I have great luck with Old Navy for jeans, so in general it is not too much of an issue for jeans. Work wear is more of a challenge, and especially something classic for interviewing that fits really well.
