Okay..so Im having some pain on the lower left side of my stomach.  It feels like a pulled muscle type of pain.. but I am not sure if its something to be worried about or not.  I took some Gasx thinking it was gas..but that didnt help.  Any ideas on what it could be??

no idea but it might be gallstones?  Or it could just be a muscle that is sore from the surgery or just you healing if you recently had your surgery.  Do you have a temp?  Just keep up with it for a bit and don't overthink it.

I had this as well I think it is just the incisions still healing and you are probably doing more than you have been so it is pulling.  Check with your doctor if it gets worse.

Constipated, maybe?  Ovulating?  I had my tubes "tied" at the same time as the VSG and I know I had some lower abdominal pain that was related to that.  Just healing in general or more activity in the last few days?  Possibilities aren't endless but there are quite a few.  :-)  

I had the same thing about a week or two after my surgery and it went away after I took it easy for a few days. I think I had just overdone it. My surgeon said it's normal for the healing process, so I wouldn't worry unless it doesn't go away in about a week, which is how long it took me to feel better.
