Another Stall!

It can be tough in the first few months to get your protein in if liquids feel tight in your new tummy.  You just have to keep chugging along the best you can.  Like one of the posters above.  Try warm liquids like chicken broth w/unflavored protein powder or even just hot tea.  Try to drink your water room temp or cold.  See what feels better.  If you don't like the protein shakes you are drinking, try a varierty.  I never liked the fruit flavors but since I'm a sweet freak, I got hooked on the protein powders like mint cookie, cookies'n'cream & cappaccino latte.  Maybe add a SF torani syrup to boost flavor.  The more liquids you get in, the better chance you can break that stall.  :)
