Stall Broke!
I went to my first zumba class in over a year and it kicked my a$$! OMG, I thought I was going to die! lol It was a great class and it kicked started my weight again. I got on the scale this morning and saw a 3lb loss! I am officially 50lbs down since my surgery 2 months ago! Now I have 50 more to go!
Now if I can just get more water and protein in, I will be happy! It's getting a little better.

Way to go! When i hit my stall about the same time. I put the scale in a cabinet so i wouldn't be reminded of it every day. I try to weigh in only once a week or maybe twice. It helped me mentally from the weighing every day. It's like waiting for water to boil! Keep up the good work! The pounds dropping on the scale definitely help with motivation to keep on track!
