I was absolutely craving broccoli, cauliflower with melted cheese. I could not wait. It was absolutely wonderful, but of course I made too much and it wasn't what I wanted for a dozen leftovers! The absolute best thing I ate out was grilled salmon with goat cheese on small toasty slices of some unknown bread. Yes, yes, I know, but it was toasted so it went down smooth. That was about 18 months out.

I mixed about half and half mashed potatoes with mushy cauliflower and a sprinkle of shredded cheese, then microwaved for a few seconds so the cheese melted. OMG that was so good!  It was only maybe 1/8-1/4 cup but it was plenty, and it took a while to eat so I was satisfied.  Strong flavors just didn't appeal for some reason.

I had a small fresh mozzarella ball with a dab of olive oil and ground up basil. I chewed until it was smooth. My advice is eat super slow. It always takes a little while for the food to fully hit my stomach and if you swallow that bite and a second later your stomach tells you that you are full then you will be miserable once that bite u just swallowed hits it.

I had ricotta bake and 1/2 of a turkey meatball.  The trick is to chew like it is your JOB
