how much exercise are you getting?
I go to the gym 5-6 days a week. I usually do an hour of cardio + strength training. I do 30 minutes of cardio, strength, then another 30 minutes. Some days I swim (if I swim I do at least 45 minutes to 1 hour), some I jog, and some I use the elliptical, and some days I do a combo of cardio. I alternate between upper and lower body for my strength training. 1 or 2 days a week, I do just cardio.
