Update on Struggling...

It occurred to me today that my particulary horrible eating week this past week may be associated with my TOM.  I had an ablation last August, so no longer menstruate... however I am still pre-menapausel.  Today I woke up with no interest in eating carbs.  Totally how it used to be before the ablation. I also lost nearly 2 pounds over night- and certianly not because of the fine food choices I made yesterday.  Another indicator.  Whatever the reason- I will take it.  Day one of a good nutritional choices and counting!

Hmm maybe track it monthly just like a cycle so you can be "prepared" each month?

It is tracked automatially for me via my Aria scale and mfp.  I haven't checked the graphs lately though, so I will peruse them to see if it is cyclical.  Thanks for the idea!
