Just remember that drinking calories defeats the purpose of your sleeve! Starbucks is something that can snowball, just like alcohol.. so make sure to keep it in check at all times. Even one tall skinny (sf, nf) drink a day can lead to a couple extra pounds a year. I drink cafe americain (regular, watered-down coffee) every morning and treat myself to a tall skinny drink from Starbucks once a week. But if you are going to treat yourself every once in a while, get what you like! As long as you realize the calorie content, you should be fine. You might have to sacrifice in other areas of your diet along the day, but life's too short. Enjoy your coffee and plan the calories for it into your day.

I do a ventidecaf skinny caramel latte. It is not a diet food for sure, but the calories are coming from the milk and there is some protein in it. I only rarely did this in the weight loss phase, but now a couple times a week in maintenance.
