Goodness it was! :) It was a nice Saturday to explore the Farmer's market and eat fresh, wholesome, organic products from local peoples...thus, the extra bites of that dangerously delicious nut bread that I took home for the misses! Plus, the extra sodium is more so what I'm focused on limiting but today wasn't that day! I did use the no sodium, organic chicken stock for the Risotto to help curb the sodium intake today! But with the cheeses and the lunch meat...it was just a higher sodium day. I have learned that my body is particularly sensitive to sodium and retains, retains, retains!
