EggMug
I haven't been on here for a while, but thought I'd share something my nutritionist mentioned at our last meeting. She called it "eggmug". You take a coffee mug and spray it with Pam cooking spray (or equivelent). Crack 1 or 2 eggs, or Egg Beaters in the mug, a little milk or water, and whatever meat, veggies, seasoning or cheese you want to put into it, then pop it in the microwave for 45 seconds; stir it and pop it back in for another 2 minutes.
YUM! Why didn't I think of this? I am going to start using this for breakfast once in a while instead of yogurt all the time.
