Hello all!

It has been awhile since I have posted here and I apologize for that.  I have had a pretty rocky year and at times it has been unbearable but the one positive that I have right now is that I did not deviate from my weight loss goals or becoming a healthier me!!  A little about myself: I am 32 years old and a military vet, I was injured in combat 8 years ago and started to put on weight......a lot of weight. I am 5'9 and in October of 2011 I had reached my heaviest point 275 lbs.  In the years since my injury I had developed high blood pressure, hypertension, and sleep apnea.  I've also had three knee surgeries, spinal surgery and multiple pain injections for knees, ankles and back. (military injuries) But today I am happy to say that I have no more high blood pressure, sleep apnea or hypertension. I still have the pain in my back and knees but now I am not carrying another person on me.  I have lost 80% body fat and gained 20 lbs of muscle. I started at 275 (Heaviest) 263 (Pre-op) 250 (Post-op) and down to 160lbs.  I currently weight 165 - 170 due to new muscle building.  I feel great and I am glad that I made this decision...... Now for the pic sharing..
