Hi everyone I am 8 days post-op and my incision sites are really sore when can I expect the pain to disappear? Despite the pain I am still exercising but afterwards I am in pain.

The pain got much better for me after the first week and was all but gone by week 3. It's great that you're exercising already but don't pu**** too hard. Take this time to relax, trust me. Congratulations on your surgery!

Hello MsShawna.  I had my surgery 12/28/2014.  I am 7 months out and I was up an around after 2 weeks.  The incisions didn't hurt anymore and I was doing sit-ups.  I could not eat much but I could walk up and down the stairs in comfort.

It will.  The pain will gradually go away and you won't even remember that you were having pain.  It just disappears.  Feel better soon and congrats on taking the first step
