Well that stinks! I've been lucky not to have incision site pain, but I imagine it's super uncomfortable. Maybe ease up on the exercise for a while, or do a different type (just some gentle walking). We are still so newly out of surgery I think we need to be gentle with ourselves!

Hi greensleeved  I think you are right I have been doing way to much I am going to slow it down some. How are you feeling?

Be careful of your exercising girl.  You did just have major surgery.  Hugs.

Hi Shawana! Congrats on your surgery! The 1st couple weeks are tough all around. I would say my incision pain completely was gone by week 3, but much better at around week 2. I agree, I would take it easy on exercise. Keep on walking, without stressing your body out too much. It is going through major changes, and needs lots of rest too :) It will get easier with each day though!
