The "Art" of eating a Hamburger !!!

Last year while visiting my son in California we went out for burgers.  He ordered a Protein burger and I ordered the regular as usual.  His burger came with onions, tomato, ketchup, mustard wrapped in a leaf of lettuce.  I thought it was strange!  Then I tried one and OMG, what a flavor difference.  It seemed to pronounce the flavor of every item in the burger.  Ever since then I try to always get my burger or grilled chicken that way.

I love mushroom and swiss burgers because eating it with a fork is actually easier and cleaner than in a bun :)
