early morning snack: Chike mocha shake
breakfast: high fiber oatmeal with PB2, sliced banana, blueberries
lunch: Chobani Simply 100 black cherry Greek yogurt
afternoon snack: elk jerky
dinner: tuna and asparagus salad with champagne vinaigrette
after dinner snack: trying out my new ice cream maker! Salted caramel hazelnut protein ice cream with vanilla almonds and fresh berries
water: good, all done for the day
vitamins: will take with dessert, since I try to take them with food with high fat content
exercise: planning 30 minutes Pilates later today.
