The conference this year was lots of fun, and full of good information. Chef Elliot was amazing, hearing how a professional chef manages his career after VSG was pretty helpful. I have always loved to cook, it is just different now. Oh, and I also got to meet one of my cooking blog heroes, Bariatric Foodie. I won one of her cookbooks on Face Book before the conference, so she brought it with her and signed it for me. Here is a photo (if it works).
