Just had my morning shake. Hope I can make it to 10 a.m. for my next one without biting someone's head off. Taking tons of sf jello to work with me.
On a brighter note, my first support group meeting is tonight and it will be exciting and informative talking with some vets and others going through the WLS process.

W1- 258 lbs Jan 1st, 2015- 220 lbs
Feb 1st, 2015- 211 lbs February 15th, 2015- 100 lbs lost from highest (206.6 lbs)
April 6th, 2015 - 190 lbs
