Also which vitamins are the best for us sleevers liquids or powders I want to avoid chewables if possible because I hate the chalky texture I mean Ill take them if I have to, but what would you recommend? Thanks in advance for any help I need to buy vitamins tmr.

When I was just out of surgery I used a lot of the Syntrax Nectar fruit type flavors for my protein drinks. These are powders that mix well with waters so are considered "clear liquids." They have excellent numbers in terms of calories, carbs, and protein. Some of my favorite flavors were roadside lemonade, lemon tea, fuzzy navel, and twisted cherry.

For the first four weeks after surgery I took a double dose of liquid Wellesse multi-vitamin. It tasted fine to me but you can dilute with water, G2, etc. if the taste is too strong or unpleasant for you.

The Wellesse multi has NO minerals, though.  So you'd need to take all those separately.

I was only on it for four weeks, so I didn't worry about that too much. It takes a long time to develop a vitamin or mineral deficiency. I had my labs drawn (standard bariatric panel testing vitamins and minerals) at 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks, and 12 weeks and they were always great.

The only isopure I could tolerate was the grape flavored one it wasn't that bad. I have the chewable bariatric vitamins and they are disgusting. I switched to multivitamin gummies from walmart and those are yummy! Good luck

What about the stuff that's missing from the gummies, like copper and selenium?  Do you take all those things separately?

Ok. Thanks for the suggestions I'll have to see about tasting the isopure before I decide to get it.

I drink Isopure everyday, but the only way I can tolerate it.  I pour 8 oz of isopure and 8 oz of water then a sugar free flavor packet of what ever type of Isopure it is...then I get it really cold and it is actually good to me like that.
