Congratulations & welcome to the losers bench!
I had some serious BP issues when I had my VSG too. Mine was spiking, and they couldn't get it controlled. I was already on meds for it.

I'm 12 weeks out now, and have been off all of my meds for almost a month now!

Thanks. I had read "walk, sip, sip, sip" now I understand. If you don't walk you hurt more. If you don't constantly sip you are not going to get enough liquid in.
