What is your favorite low carb/sugar greek yogurt?!
I buy a variety of brands, I don't know the stats on them all. I do know the 80 Calorie Dannon Light & Fit are good. I hope to find some of those in the "Blended" variety for post-op (I'm still waiting on insurance approval) since there are no "bits" of fruit in them. I also buy the Yoplait 100 Calorie Greek. Yes, it's 20 more calories, but the flavor variety is worth it to me. There's a tropical fruit that reminds me of fruit ****tail. I had one called "Apple Pie" for breakfast. 100 calories isn't bad at all and I think it had 12 grams of protein. I love Tillamook Greek Strained…..they are higher calories, so I don't know how much of them I will eat post op but they have a Cinnamon Hazelnut that is sooo yummy….. it's sooooo creamy! It just seems a notch above the other brands in quality. I believe they are 13 grams of protein.

Love Dannon Light and Fit, too. The Yoplait 100 calories has 11 grams of carbs --- too high for me. I don't go over 9. The Dannon has 9 carb. My new favorite flavor is caramel apple pie!! Tastes like fall!

Yeah I like plain Greek and just add stuff to jazz it up: http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/2014/07/greek -yogurt-6-protein-packed-breakfast.html lately I love Chike Iced Coffee Protein & SF Torani Caramel w/ a few coffee almonds.
I like Voskos and Fage.

I have about 6 tubs. haha My favorite for flavor is Syntrax Matrix. I love the Banana Creme and Peanut Butter Cookie. 1/2 scoop in 1/2 c yogurt is great. My favorite for price is GNC Decadent Delight Chocolate Milkshake. My favorite for clean product and nothing artificial is About Time. I've only tried that in Cake Batter and it's good. I'm trying to learn to love it because I am really trying to eat cleanly. I'm getting there.
