Broccoli, when did you eat it?
I REALLY am Jonesing for some crockpot broccoli/spinach/parmesan. I started regular foods on Tuesday and have tolerated everything I have tried. Do you think broccoli and spinach made in the crockpot will be OK to eat? I asked my NUT a while back when I can start putting berries in my shakes again and she told me I could when I started on regular foods. Do you think that goes for broccoli too?

I'm on the soft foods stage and cooked broccoli is probably one of my favorite things to eat. I haven't had any problems with it and I could eat it every day (I love broccoli a lot). Everyone is different, but if you haven't had any food problems yet, I don't think broccoli would make your stomach upset! Enjoy it!!!
